Delete your ArdX Mobile account
This page explains how to delete your account in the ArdX Mobile app.
You can ask us to delete your ArdX Mobile account at any time:
- Send your request with the form above, using the phone number on your account. You can also email it@ardholdings.com from the email address on your account, or include your registered phone number so we can find it.
- Our compliance team reviews your request and confirms that it is you. They also check for remaining balances, cards or loans, and if any remain, we tell you how to move or close them.
- Once compliance has finished the review, we delete your account and confirm by SMS or email.
What we delete
Your app profile (username, email, profile photo), device keys and push tokens, chat messages, and the data you entered in My Finance.
What we keep
Identity (KYC) records and transaction history that Mongolian law, including anti-money-laundering rules, requires us to keep. We keep them only for the period the law requires and then delete them.
